چکیده
Since the development process of new sensors is long and tedious, it would be very helpful to develop a model that could predict sensor properties based on active compound structure without actual synthesis characterization corresponding sensors. In this work, for prediction logK (HCO3−/Cl−) was constructed 40 ligand structures suggested in literature carbonate sensing. Substructural molecular fragments (SMF) were used describe compounds, where considered as sequences bonds atoms. The projection latent (PLS) method calculate regression model.

Polymeric Membrane Sensor for Potentiometric Determination of Tin(II) Ions
Tin(II)-ion-selective electrode consisting of dibenzo-18-crown-6 (DB18C6) as an ionophore inPVC matrix was developed. The influences of membrane composition, selectivity, response time, reversibility and temperature on the electrode performance were investigated. The electrodeshowed a near Nernstian response for Sn2+ ions over a concentration range from 1.0× 10-6 – 1.0× 10-2 M with a slope of 27...

متن کاملPVC Membrane Sensors for Potentiometric Determination of Acebutolol
The construction and general performance characteristics of two novelpotentiometric membrane sensors responsive to the acebutolol are described. Thesensors are based on the use of ion-association complexes of acebutolol (AC) withtetraphenylborate(TPB) (I) and phosphomolybdate(PM) (II) as exchange sites in a PVCmatrix. The sensors show a fast, stable and near- Nernstian for the mono charge catio...
متن کاملModern Directions for Potentiometric Sensors.
This paper gives an overview of the newest developments of polymeric membrane ion-selective electrodes. A short essence of the underlying theory is given, emphasizing how the electromotive force may be used to assess binding constants of the ionophore, and how the selectivity and detection limit are related to the underlying membrane processes. The recent developments in lowering the detection ...
متن کاملPolymer membrane-based ion-, gas- and bio-selective potentiometric sensors.
Recent progress in the design of new polymer membrane-based potentiometric ion-, gas- and bio-selective electrodes in chemistry laboratories at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) is reviewed. Emphasis is placed on describing the performance of devices for measuring anions (e.g., salicylate, thiocyanate, chloride and heparin) and gases (e.g., ammonia, carbon dioxide and oxygen) in biological...
